Listen, the staff at this place went above and beyond. I had a drink in my hand pretty much the whole time, the pool service was consistently solid, couldn’t ask for better.

It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The Deluxe Junior Suite offers a spacious layout with a jacuzzi, but the lack of a proper wall for privacy in the bathroom can be a downside. A variety of restaurant options, including Mexican at La Hacienda, delivers quality dining experiences, though reservations for specialty places fill up quickly.

Navigating the resort took some time, initially feeling like a maze but becoming manageable later. The pool closes early at 7 or 8 pm, which limits evening relaxation options. adults might find themselves having to congregate in the main hall instead. Sea conditions left much to be desired. high waves and seaweed impeded beach access for swimming, taking away from the otherwise beautiful seaside.

The Emerald Junior Suite was such a delight! The serene beach with crystal-clear water made it unforgettable. Just wish the pool stayed open a bit longer. 😅

The attention to detail is impressive, particularly with the waste reduction initiatives, enhancing the overall experience. The staff at the buffet, especially Isaac, provided exceptional service, making meals enjoyable. However, service quality varied. being part of the Privileged Package noticeably increased attentiveness. Room service could improve, as it was best to stick to the restaurants during open hours.

We had a fantastic time during our week-long stay! The Golden Junior Suite was spacious and comfortably furnished, providing ample room to relax. The dining options were superb, especially enjoying freshly prepared seafood at Mar y Tierra, and the attention from the staff was unparalleled, making us feel truly special. The lively atmosphere at the beach was complemented by excellent drink service, allowing us to unwind fully. My only suggestion would be to improve the check-in process, as it took longer than expected.
